I am new to paypal postage. Just sold an item on ebay but I keep getting an error message saying paypal postage is not available? Is this temporary?
I'm getting the same message at the moment too. Its usually temporary!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
