I sent a money request to a paypal user. He agreed to refund my money for an ebay item. He said that he has tried to send the money to my account but that its coming up as pending.
Now the thing is, if that was true i would expect to see that attempted payment in my 'payments received' folder. Even if it was coming up as pending - but theres nothing. Its as if he hasnt even tried.
If he wants to refund all he has to do is click on the word details next to the transaction and scroll down to the refund option.
If the payment/refund is not showing in your paypal account and you did not receive an item or received it and it was misdescribed then go to the resolution tab and file for whichever option it was.
You have up to 45 days to file a claim.
