negative balance

i sold an item for £250.59 on 7 august,then on 18 sept the buyer opened a dispute.we sorted this detween ourselves and the case was closed on 10 oct.paypal put a hold on £250.59 while the case was being looked at by ebay.ebay said case closed on 10 oct yet paypal still holding funds which puts my account in negative meaning i cannot purchase using paypal.i have sent 5 emails to paypal but they dont respond.can any one help?

Is there a dispute still open in  your Resolution Centre in PayPal?

if not then ring PayPal and advise the dispute has been resolved and you want the balance restored.

classy-diva is right, i've seen a few cases where an eBay dispute is closed but for whatever reason the payment does not get released back to their account. Contact PayPal by phone or e-mail and they should be able to get it released quite quickly
