hi i recieved the letter so i can verify my account and lift the limits but when i go to the postal code on tasks in the lift limitis section , it says its in progress and wont let me enter the code, it jus reloads the page instead ??????
If you have received your letter you can contact PayPal directly and they can get you to upload or fax in a copy of the letter and they can then manually confirm the address for you.
