Withdrawing funds to bank account - not working?

I've searched the site for an answer but cannot seem to find one and wondered if anyone else has had this problem? or perhaps there is a site bug?
I went to transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account. After putting in the amount that I wanted to transfer and clicking continue, It came up with a page saying they wanted to ring me to check that it's my account etc. Never had this before but assumed this was a new thing. My phone numbers were wrong so I cancelled the transaction, updated my number, and tried again.
However, when I went to try again, it doesn't do anything. I go to the page 'withdraw to bank account' type in the amount i want to withdraw, and when I click continue, the page just refreshes itself and hasn't got any further. The funds are still in my paypal account.
Does anyone know what is wrong and how i can transfer my funds to my bank account please!?

Can I ask what browser you are using when you attempt to withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your bank account? Could you try clearing your temporary internet files and if possible, please try using a different browser also if you can.
If you are still facing difficulties when you try withdrawing funds from your PayPal account to your bank account, please try contacting us directly and we will be able to assist you further with withdrawing funds from your PayPal account to your bank account. This can be done by clicking the Withdraw Funds icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
Please let me know if you require any assistance in the future.

I'm using Firefox and have always used it and never had problems before. I will clear the internet data and try that, if not i will try another browser!

Unfortunately nothing has worked! i've tried 3 different browsers and the funds are still stuck in my paypal account! 😞
Looks like i will have to phone up!

Just this minute tried it again, and this time after clicking continue, it took me to a page asking to ring me to confirm it was my account, then it took me to another page and I clicked submit and it's worked! I don't know what happened or why it was asking to phone me as I've never had that before but it's worked now!

Errors received while trying to withdraw funds:
1.)Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw funds on our old account view instead. So i followed the link..then nothing happened,
---> This page kept on refreshing!
Please note that there is a minimum withdrawal amount.
This withdrawal will take 2-4 business days, depending on your bank's policies and holiday schedule.
Since the first bank account is not working, I tried another one.
2.) Internal Server Error
Tried the classic view again
3.)You cannot complete this transaction at this time.
- cleared cahce and cookies
- tried different browser
- tried 2 different bank account
SO WHAT NOW????
4 CUSTOMER AGENT REPRESENTATIVE AND NO HELP! 1 via twitter...a person named Dallas who promised to forward my concern to an account specialist, 36 hours later no one contacted me. even if i tried to follow up it on twitter and DM
Contacted facebook...Ryan...Julie...Denise...Who else is next?
Tried calling the hotline first the agent was rude and transfer me to another department.and the line was cut off! Called again and this time it's the automated system, w/c didnt helped me at all
So what now paypal?? What more do i need to do? Do I need to wait for 52 years before you can address my concern properly??

I did the exact same thing. Changed my phonenumber because it was incorrect in the second step. Then went back and requested a withdrawal and the page just refreshes.. Tried emailing but no answer. I'm using chrome and have tried different browsers.
If I try to use the iOS app instead I get an error message saying something like "failed to transfer funds"
