Change name on account

Hello, This account for Metro Phoenix APA was created by Mark and he is no longer with the organization.  We need to change it to my name or the organization's name.  This is my 3rd or 4th email on this subject.  I made some changes on the profile and now I cannot see payments for the Month of March.  I called and spoke with Christina and she was not much help.  We also had a bad connection.  I have tried to contact Mark to get his help with this but he is not responding to my emails.  Please let me know what I need to do to get this account working again.  I am sure that it might be an email issue as this is what the problem was the last time.
