Sent money to a betting site, but they never received it although paypal says its "complete"

Hi everyone,

This morning I sent a payment of £12 to a well known betting site to get the money into my betting account. I have done this about 20 times before, and the funds are normally paid into my betting account no problem.

When I done this, I got a paypal email saying that it was confirmed and went to place some bets!

However there was no money in my betting account. I got in contact with the betting site and they said that they never received payment from paypal. The also said that they had it on their system that I tried, but paypal failed to send the money. They have shown me a screenshot which confirms they didn't get the money.

I looked back on paypal, and it states the transaction is confirmed. I have tried to get in contact with paypal, but with no joy. Does anyone know where my £12 is?! It's not on the betting site and it's not in paypal.

I would suggest that you contact us directly using the telephone number below. As I can not view your account or provide account specific information I can not give you a definitive answer.

However the funds have to be either in your PayPal account or the PayPal account that you sent your payment to.

Our customer support telephone line (087 07 307 191) is open from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, from 8am to 9pm on Saturdays and from 9am to 9pm on Sunday. It is a national call rate of 10p per minute from a UK landline phone. Rates from overseas landlines and mobile phones may vary.

Apart from this payment how did you manage to set up the other one's as i have been trying to deposit from paypal into my betfred account but when it comes to signing into paypal it says this merchant does not accept payments ?? is there another way
