I cant add a credit card to my account

Please can anyone help me. I wish to add a credit card to my Paypal account. I complete all the required credit card details and I receive the error message listed below.

 

We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

 

I have a debit card attached to my account but also wish to attach my credit card. I have tried doing so at a later date but this went on for over three days still receiving the same error message ???

It sounds to me that when you were trying to register your card, our request to add the card on your account was refused by your bank. 

 

My best advice for you would be to check your card statement in order to ensure that your correct address is being entered on the PayPal webpage when you are trying to register your card. You need to ensure that the exact address that is registered with your card issuer is being entered on the PayPal website and this should help.

 

Another thing you should try to do is to ensure you are entering the correct card number and expiry date on the page in order to ensure you are entering the correct information to register your card.

I am also encountering this error: We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

 

I am adding my Redgage virtual visa card on my paypal account. The Address on my Redgage and on my paypal is exactly the same. i correctly entered my card number,expiry date and card verification number. But still, keep on displaying this error message...

 

What should i do?

Are the details on your card and PayPal account matching?

Is the card you are trying to link a business card?

Is the card enabled for online and international payments?

Is there available balance on the card?

It's possible that your bank or credit card company are refusing our request to register your card to your PayPal account. When you contact us, we will be able to check this for you and let you know exactly why you are unable to register your card.

 

You can contact us directly through the Contact Us link at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.

Im having the same anoing problem!!!! Im getting very disapointed with paypal.... So to pay things its litghtning fast, But to transfer founds to our bank account is slow!

my Card number ,3 digit code and expiry date was ok and even my address are the same on my card and my paypal but still always unable to process .. i tried to email paypal but i think thats not the customer support bcoz the message i receive was only a instruction on how to link creditcard .. what should i do |?
