How long to lift receiving limits? Still waiting since October?

Just wondering how long it's taken for others to have their receiving limits lifted? We been asked for for countless documents - the last was my passport and a letter from my fellow directors because it seems Paypal needed confirmation that 'Phil' is short for 'Philip'...
This has been dragging on since October last year. We seem to have invested countless hours and wasted months of trading waiting for account to have it's receiving limit lifted. Checking the list the only thing that Paypal say they're waiting for is our business registration number. The resolution centre confirms they received this on the 6th December?
Help?!
And yes - we have spent hours phoning expensive help lines.

Hey there, apologies for the frustration that this is causing you. I could only advise contacting Customer Service directly. Please give them the exact message you see and the steps already completed, and ask them for the required steps(s) to be completed. You should also ask for any work around for the steps. Hi,
I have changed Password twice this month and still the account is showing limited and it is quite annoying me now. Can someone reinstate my paypal account back ASAP.

please can you help me with the same thing i keep getting emails with the same thing "limited acount" and im consoidering closing my paypal becuse this is getting rediculous, i keep doing what theemails say and then weeks later doing the same thing all over again can you please make it stop or i will close my count .

Are these confirmed PayPal emails? Do you cross-check with your PayPal account to confirm it’s limited?

If however your account gets limited again and again I would recommend you calling PayPal Customer Services by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to review your account and provide you with the best course of action to prevent it in the future.

Hi PayPal, I am wondering how long it will take to have the receiving limits lifted? I have waited 2 weeks now, and nothing happens, I have uploaded a photo of my driver license and an utility bill that proves who I am, and where I live.
Sometimes I send and receive money to Pakistan, and PayPal arent supported in that country so I had to sign up at Payza. Payza works the same way as PayPal, send and receice money, and they asked for exactly the same information, a driver license and utility bill copy, and guess what - they lifted my limits within 5 days!
I really don't understand what takes so long for PayPal to solve this, especially when support here says it usually takes just a few days?
I need help, can someone please check this?

It happends to me also like you.I have money blocked and still nothing for them to response.
I am European citizen and I want justice.Why my money are blocked if I respect all policyes.
I think Paypal steals money from people with the reason "paypal limitated"
Is my right to go in trials and the judge will decide and make justice!!!!

I am so frustrated. I have been using Pay After Delivery for ages then suddenly this week, I am unable to use it. I buy in bulk as I am housebound and make sure it is due at the time I receive my disability money. I have 12 items to be paid for and my disability isn't due for ten days. I am getting hassled from the sellers. I have phoned Paypal several times and get a different answer each time. So I started investigating my status. My profile is only 80% yet when I wnt to "View Your Account Limits" all I see are green ticks but at the top of the page it says that further information is required to lift account limits.But ther is nothing for me to do,as I have done everything.I was told to click the notification icon to find out the steps i need to do to remove the limitation, but when I click on the icon, nothing happens. I just don't know where to go for help.
