Goods not receivd

Hi. I ordered some Pandora charms on 4/11/2011, received an email with a receipt number for payment on 5/11/2011, however, the email stated they would confirm dispatch within 1-3 working days, I haven't had any further correspondence. I can't disputethe transaction as I have not got a transaction ID, just a receipt number. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Lynne.

Hi there Lynne_Sharpe,

 

It sounds like you  have paid through PayPal but without logging into an account.

 

To dispute a transaction, you need to open a PayPal account. You also need the email you received when you purchased the item. This will advise you how to open an account.

 

If you want we can manually open this for you if you call us directly.

Hi Siobhan. Thank you for your reply. I actually do have a paypal account, I am unsure of how this transaction occured not using it? I have the two emails sent reference the goods and payments and also the receipt number? What would you like me to do with them? Thank you for all your help in this matter. Lynne
