Hello,

I can't help I'm afraid but am here because I am having a similar problem.

I have had my paypal account for many years and have always been paid in sterling. Yesterday I received a payment for £110 which was converted to USD and then back to sterling and it seems to have ended up as £105. Have I lost £5.00 just for this conversion? It is showing primary account in USD. The only thing I can think of which may have affected this is that I paid for an item in $ the other day. Is this the answer? Where did my £5.00 go?

Panic over. I think the missing money is paypal fees.

To change your currency go to profiles, my money, currencies (listed down right hand side) and it gives you the opportunity to change to sterling from dollars.
