I am buying some goods from a person and I'm paying for his goods I cant undustand 2 days later I saw my money has been refunded in my account and the seller asking his money by calls.its a long time paypal holding my money they asking documents I'm submitted butbstill now in there review. which type of support you gave I did not undustand.my money holding in you paypal but I cant withdraw.which type of rule it is that I'm owner but I cant withdraw my money.i just want to withdraw my money you take ypur paypal I did not want to use this type of payment system.
