Hello There, We’ve recently changed the Profile page for some customers. To deactivate Instant Payment Notification please follow the set of instructions below that match what you see on your account:
1. Log in to your account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Click ‘Instant Payment Notification Preferences’ in the Selling Preferences column. (Don’t see this step? Follow the alternative set of instructions below.)
4. Click ‘Edit’.
5. Uncheck the box.
6. Click ‘Save’.
Or
1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Select ‘My selling preferences’.
4. Under ‘Getting paid and managing my risk’, in the ‘Instant payment notifications’ section, click 'Update'.
5. Click ‘Edit’.
6. Uncheck the box.
7. Click ‘Save’.

Hi There
I have a similar problem - except I would actually like the notification emails to go to a different email address - is that possible?

Hi there,
The emails can only go out to the primary email on the account so you would have to make this email your primary email address for our emails to reach this inborn.
