Hi there,
My advice would be to contact Customer Services to see if there are any issues with your account. In the mean time you can request a refund from each of the sellers.
To request a refund you will need to contact the recipient of the payment and ask that they return the funds to you.
Their contact information can be found on the transaction details page of your PayPal account.
To view these details, please do the following:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
3. Find the transaction you wish to be refunded and click the ‘Details’ link.
4. You will then see the ‘Transaction Details’ page where you will be able to view the name and email address of the Seller.
5. Email the recipient of the payment requesting a refund.
Note: It is best to ask the recipient of the payment to use the ‘Issue Refund’, not the ‘Send Money’ feature. The ‘Issue Refund’ link is available within 60 days of receiving a payment. Using this link refunds the full amount of the payment back to your PayPal balance or card, depending on which payment method was used
