There's a known glitch with uk accounts that are confirmed showing as unconfirmed on some payments. Paypal are aware of it, and are working to fix it

yeah, this is on the transaction details screen, your address would be unconfirmed.
If you are specifically referring to your bank account status it might happen if payments made via Direct Debit bounce, either because the DD was cancelled or details on your bank changed that altered the DD. This would generally cancel it as well, if this is the case then you might want to re-add the bank. I'd say contact PayPal's customer service or your bank if you are unsure about this.

I changed my bank card, does this affect my paypal? Do I need to change anything with my new bank card?

If you had the old card on file and received a new one there's no harm in updating your details. If it's a new number add it as a new card, if it's just a new expiry date then you can just update the card details.
