where is my money?

i initiated a withdrawal of £605 from m paypal account on tuesday 8th at 0755 this money has not reached my account, it is now the 10th, paypal have failed to transfer the money in the time frame that they state, i paid £5 for a 1-2 day transfer they have exceeded the limit and the money has still not reached my bank account yet an ordinary transfer that i made on the same day has reached my bank account, so what has happened to my money? and will i get my £5.00 back?

just a quick  update for all you unhappy paypal customers out there .   The fast payment which i did on sunday night , at a cost of £5.00 , failed to arrive on monday .After being told it was going through their "security system" which would take 72 hours , plus another 48 hours before it would arrive in my account  , in desperation to get my hands on some funds i attempted another fast payment ( another £5.00) on monday night , hoping it would arrive on tuesday .   Surprise , surprise , its still pending , 24 hours later .   But , bigger surprise , the first fast transfer , the one being held by their "security system"  for 72 hours , turned up today .    UNBELIEVABLE!  Does anyone in paypal actually no whats going on ?

There have been so many postings on this item , and i havent seen one suitable response from a paypal representative .

They seem to be forgetting the most important thing ,    ITS OUR MONEY , THEY ALREADY TAKE THEIR CUT IN FEES , AND THEN THEY CHARGE US AGAIN IF WE WANT TO ACCESS THE FUNDS QUICKLY.....AND THEY DONT DELIVER!

And when we complain or make enquiries , they refuse to discuss account details with us , " because of security" , isnt that what we have passwords for?

Someone from paypal make my day , there are pages and pages of postings all relating to the same subject , my two postings have had over 100 hits in less than 24 hours . THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A LOT OF UNHAPPY PAYPAL CUSTOMERS..................LETS HAVE AN EXPLANATION PLEASE!!!!

did another fast withdrawal at approx 22.15 last night .   Still showing as pending this morning . Looks like another £5.00 wasted.

This method of withdrawal was working fine for me until last week , now its a fiasco . Why the sudden change ?

Security checks , technical problems .........lame excuses!

As soon as someone pays for an item , paypal charges us fees , as long as the money is sitting in our paypal account paypal are earning interest  , when we make a "fast withdrawal" , they earn again .

How many millions are they earning for this "service " , and still they cant deliver .

I think i would get better odds in a casino !

Does anyone know if this problem is still occurring?  I transferred money on the 8th and it went in yesterday, the 14th!!

I also fast withdrew funds yesterday and these are still pending?  The lack of communication from Paypal if there is a problem is very frustrating!!

Same as me told me,my  transaction is being held for up to 72 hours while it is investigated by our security system , it may take another 48 hours after that before it arrives in your account.

it's all outrageous behaviour from a company.  Does anyone know an alternative to paypal though?  they seem to have a monopoly.

Sorry about the delay in responding to this. 

Our technical team are aware of the issue and we are trying to get it resolved as soon as possible.

I can only apologise that you have all incurred this problem. You all should have received refunds on the withdrawal fee's of £5.00 GBP to your PayPal balance. 

I will let everyone know as soon as I have any more updates on this.

My money has been held up with Faster Payments around 6 times in the last week or so, there has been NO refunds for ANY of the £5's at all.

This has been dragging on for weeks, get it sorted!

I was told it would be 6 hrs my account would be credited it now has been 6days. I have sent the item and give proof of postage the buyer says there money has been taken out of there account also but I haven't got it. Can u help?

I can't see a refund in my account either !
