I emailed the seller of the items to let her know and she has not responded since nor have I received the goods. I have raised a dispute in the resolution centre to see if that can help because I am now fearing a scam. However the whole situation has gotten complicated because I now appear to have paid this woman twice. The first time I tried to transfer money was on the 26th November. My daughter told me the day after it was the wrong email so I cancelled that payment, & without me realising that cancellation was removed a few days ago as follows: 26 Nov 2014 Add Funds from a Bank Account CompletedYour transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account is complete. Your transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account is complete.Details £29.00 GBP 27 Nov 2014 Cancelled Payment Completed Details £29.00 GBP 27 Nov 2014 Temporary Hold Placed Details -£29.00 GBP 4 Dec 2014 Temporary Hold Removed Details £29.00 GBP Total: £0.00 GBP however when I cancelled the payment on the 27th I sent another off to the correct emails as follows: Related Transaction Date Type Status Details Amount 27 Nov 2014 Add Funds from a Bank Account CompletedYour transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account is complete. Details £29.00 GBP Your transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account is complete. so I have transferred two amounts of £29 to paypal for these items (which i have not received). Why did the first cancellation be removed? I didn't want it to be - that was definitely cancelled. how can I get my money back for that payment? and how long do I have to wait in the resolution centre for the seller to contact me about whether she is going to post the items or not? In all honestly I just want my money back for everything. It's been a bit of a hassle and I am £58 down with no goods. thank you
