Is this access card ever going to be working in a proper manner. Don't get me wrong I think the card is a brilliant idea and helps to keep business monies separate but only when it actually works. My card is frequently getting declined in shops, but when the transaction is resubmitted it still takes the original money from my account. It is now not getting used in this way as I can't trust it to actually work. So I use it for cashpoint withdrawals only, today I now seem unable to withdraw from cashpoints, I get the transaction not available for card type message, which with the current fast transfer withdrawal issues this is getting a bit awkward. I have had £1400 in limbo since Tuesday morning and I can't understand why these issues have been going on for so long without any official company statement or notification to peoples affected.
