Hi,
There is a limitation in my account since I can not add any money to my wallet.. It's been a the most dissapointing customer service experience I've ever had...I have submitted documents twice, the C.S.reps are completley unable to provide you with a straight forward answer on when your case or documents will be reviewed and the compliance department seems to be a black box no one has access to. I have called several times, talked to a supervisor and nothing....they say 24 hours, 48 hours, but that's completly innacurate. What else can be done to have an update on my case?
