hi everyone im new to this and have a few questions. Why is my money taking 72 hours to transefer and still says pending and i have heard paypal gets paid for the longer they hold it. i just want my money whats going on. Also iv heard rumours that if its your first time transfering (it is my first time) it could take longer, is there any way to speed this up or get my money back as they have no right to keep my money, its mine. so if anyone has any awnsers please tell me them. thanks

Bank transfers can take from 2 hours to 4 days, depends on the bank. Transfers are done in batches, it's about timing.

Why do you keep talking to mods that have not even replied to the threads you are answering??
There are no mods on here????

Looked through all the posts can't see one from a mod anywhere.
And why post? same as you did with your above post maybe?
I posted to correct the silly impression that volunteers giving up their time to try and help people on here are accused of being mods...who work for paypal..... when they are not by people that have not helped a single person EVER on this forum.

I wasn't in a position to help when i first posted.
I came on here looking for an answer as well. Then i happened to spot a post from someone about to be scammed by a Nigerian and found I saved them losing money.
I realised i could help a few people and then reading others replies including the mods learnt more and helped more.
I don't stick up for paypal, when they are wrong they are wrong but a lot of the time they are not but its people not understanding how things work that causes the aggro.
As for the payment holds and withdrawals ....can't see a problem. So you may wait 72 hours ....so what? Without paypal you probably would have not sold the item in the first place as without buyer protection i for one would not send money to a stranger.
You "had a go" at volunteers that have probably saved more people being scammed than you have had hot breakfasts and you called them mods which we ARE NOT.
So if you are not in a position to help don't knock the folk that post to "try" and help others unless you can do better yourself instead of sniping at others.
Bye bye not going to waste anymore time reading anything here so will leave you to snipe to yourself.

Surely they have no right to keep MY money from me I'm still waiting for my money to transfer they are taking the p***. After reading several cases like this and the Mods give people different excuses all the time!!
