Hi,
I have twice in the space of a week had an ebay seller cancel a deal after I had paid. I got an email from ebay both times saying the seller had cancelled and given a refund. One of those refunds went back onto my account but the other is pending. Should I be concerned or is this just a typical delay? I have also gone out and bought another item since that deal was cancelled which means that because the first refund wasn't given straight away I've had to fund both purchases from by bank balance. If I do get the refund will I then be stuck with it as a paypal balance and it won't go back to my bank account. If so this seems totally unfair given that presumably I will be charged to transfer the money to my account.
This could ending up costing someone quite a bit if you have sellers cancelling deals on a regular basis.
