Before you contact customer support, there's one or two things you can try. One would be to delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close your web browser, reopen it and retry your PayPal Account. If the issue persists, you can also try using a different web browser or if possible another computer. If nothing changes, then contact customer support.
