Hi 

I have the same issue....tomorrow I'm going to give the ombudsman a call.  Im not confident anything positive will be acheived however the more people complain the more likely they are going to listen.

As I said in another thread when you do a BACS payment is ALWAYS takes 3 days, faster payments always take 2 hours, Chaps payments always are within 24 hours.

If banks can have consistancy I dont see why Paypal should be any different.  I have never logged into my bank to do a same day transfer and seen a message saying "Sorry due to our security checks this will no longer be a same day service but take 72 hours" 

It is unfair and their handling of this is terrible and suspecious imo.
