Why are you telling lies to the original poster? Its not about timing at all. Its held for a so called security review which is absoloute crap. I got to speak with a floor manager at paypal and she blamed it on the bank tellinmg me allsorts of crap saying it was BACS problem Then suddely my funds were cleared on the exact hour of the 72 hours stated.
