Hi,
My bank did not allow me to enter PayPal Customer Reference /ID when I wanted to transfer money from my bank to my PayPal account. After I made the transfer, I realised that I should have set up a new beneficary. Although the account details and sort code was correct, what will happen to my money? Will I still recieve it, and how long will it take?
Quite worried, as the money was some savings...

Don't worry, you can give PayPal the following details and they will trace your payment, and place it into the correct account.
Bank account number
Sort Code
Date you made the transfer
Amount of the transfer
You can ring them on 08707 307 191
This process usually takes up to 72 hours but can take longer.

It isn't free but I'm led to believe it is only 10p a minute or so from a BT landline but I would double check.
