PAYPAL ARE VERY QUICK AT TAKEN MY MONEY SO WHY SO LONG IN SORTING OUT THEIR SERVER . THIS WOULD BE CLASSED AS THEFT BECAUSE I CANNOT TRANSFER MY MONEY FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT
