How do l get past timer icon and payment initalised on ebay ? When click on see paypal transaction it goes through to paypal website and says error.Basically customer has obviously paid but not showing on paypal what do l do?
Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then you need to change it DURING the listing process next time you list an item for sale.

how do l get the payment that has already been made but not gone through though ? (with wrong email address ) How do l correct it so can receive payment ?
