Can't Withdraw Funds

Is anyone else having a problem withdrawing funds i click to transfer and it takes me streight to the add bank/building society page.
Already have my bank linked i enter the details anyway says that the account is linked it takes me back to the withdraw page click withdraw funds and it goes streight back to the **bleep** bank/building society page.

Hey guys,
If you are being asked to register a bank account when you try to withdraw money, it sounds to me that you don't have a bank account registered on your PayPal account. Have you tried going directly to the Profile on your account and then the My Money section in order to see if you have a bank account registered?
If you can't see a bank account here, you would need to update a bank account on your PayPal account. Once you have done this, you should be able to withdraw funds straight away to your bank account from your PayPal account.

I'm having the same problem, Paypal asked me to confirm account to be able to withdraw, once I entered the 4 digit code on my statement and it was confirmed I tried to withdraw money but it asked me to add an account again....Very confusing!!

It wont let me add a Bank Account and others are experiencing this, it really is not good enough why should people use Paypal if they cannot get their money. Do Paypal have financial issues?

I am having the same problem, when I enter my account details I am told - This bank account is already registered in your PayPal account, and yet I'm not able to transfer or given any options other than to Add a new account.

This has now been resolved, in my case the problem was that I had recently setup a new paypal account and linked my bank account to the new pp account, thus preventing my original pp account from being associated. I had to transfer the funds between the paypal accounts and then I could withdraw funds to my bank account.

im having the same problems but says my name dont match my card but i have been trying to get the name sorted but your sytem cant seem to put spaces in and says its been changed when it clearly hasnt . so im having to fax copys of bank card and passport and driving licence and the 2 a mounts they are sent from when opening account . so had to find that . but if this does not work .is there a email i can send my stuff to and talk about my problem and have it sorted . as need it sorted for my business ASAP !

Hi MrTengoku,
If the name on your account is different than on your card your card issuer will not authorise PayPal to use your card. If you are faxing documents to us to change your name to match your card I would recommend that you put your email address on each document to ensure they are added to your account.
You can also upload the documents to us via the name change option. If you type name change in to our help centre you will be given the option to upload them directly to us.
Once we receive them we can update your details
