72+ hour withdrawl holds again

can someone explain why every time I now try to transfer money from PayPal to my bank there is a minimum 72 hour hold. This has happened on my last 6 Withdrawls.

i have had an account for 3 years all instant transfers 

I have sold numerous items on eBay yet I am expected to post them ( some have paid for special delivery) yet I cannot access the money

i even tried a withdrawl of just £1 to see if it was a security check and that is also pending lol

Clearly PayPal know the reason why but when you call they give you so many excuses it's embarrassing.

Please can someone give me some advise that is not " blah blah PayPal terms and conditions"

That would be a no then. No-one can give you "reasons" why things happen, only paypal can do that, all we can do is quote the terms and conditions that say they can do so.
