Call customer service directly and speak to a live representative. This is the only way for them to get to you immediately. The squeeky wheel gets the grease. So if you get someone that is not helpful, hang up and call again chances are you will get a more friendly person. It seems to be about a fifty-fifty chance when you call. If you give them the card number or whatever they require you should be able to have them trace/check into when that card was used to open an account. I had this happen and had opened an account 4 years pervious that I did not remember. Could be a simple fix or a more involved one, but you will not know until you talk with them.
