I can't register my card

I'm trying to register a card but it says it's already in use with another account bur I can't remember creating another account before, how can I delete the old account if I can't remember it? I need to set up the new account today as i've already bought items that need paying for. SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Call customer service directly and speak to a live representative. This is the only way for them to get to you immediately. The squeeky wheel gets the grease. So if you get someone that is not helpful, hang up and call again chances are you will get a more friendly person. It seems to be about a fifty-fifty chance when you call. If you give them the card number or whatever they require you should be able to have them trace/check into when that card was used to open an account. I had this happen and had opened an account 4 years pervious that I did not remember. Could be a simple fix or a more involved one, but you will not know until you talk with them. I hope thes was some help 🙂
