I won my claim after the seller sold me phone pre-installed with malware.   I bought the phone from ebay 3 months ago. It was listed and sold as a UK item and was delivered from within the UK, but the seller is based in China. Now I have won the claim, PayPal have sent me an email with 10 days to provide tracking and the return address is in China.   Surely I should only have to return it to where it was listed and I bought it from, rather than the location of the seller?   ... I'm trying to register a card but it says it's already in use with another account bur I can't remember creating another account before, how can I delete the old account if I can't remember it?
