limited account access?

I cant figure out how to get rid of this i've filled out the steps to remove the limitation but it still says i have limited access.
it also says this:
We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.
is there any way to fix this?

You need to call paypal and have them manually lift the limitations. You can do all that you are supposed to do to remove this, but it still won't be lifted til you call.

I received the same email stating "Notification of Limited Account Access". It does have a link to click but that takes you to a screen that wants you to fill in confidential information about your account. I forwarded it to spoof@paypal. There is no way I am entering my personal information to a email I receive (credit card #, etc.). I believe it is fraudulent. If you want to talk to someone, call 402-935-2050 (paypal).

Excellent advice! Since the above phone number may not work for everyone, you can also try the "Contact Us" link and then select help via phone to get a localized phone number.

This is what I am going to do also,I just got one of these in my Spam mail,I did NOT open the form either !!!! Thanks for the phone # !!!!

I received two of those letters and forward them to spoof@paypal but always in the past they acknowledge they received and usually tell me they will let me know if it was real or not, but I have not received one thing... almost makes you feel like well ok, maybe it was real.. The scary part is the letters had my Full name at the top. Today I did download the ICONIX software and then checked my mail. According to it, those letters aren't real. Now to top it off, since I started getting those letters my last transaction I partially refunded someone $2.00 and for some reason paypal sent it as an echeck. Whats that all about?

I tried to live chat and that did not help,my e-mail came with "Hello Customer" at the top,according to Pay-Pal they will always have your full name on it.
I like to get thins usingthembut if I have problems I will STOP.
I tried to forward mne to spoof@paypal and it returned to me,aid e-mail was no good,can you give me the e-mail,maybe I sent it wrong?

I just recieved the same thing!!! I did not open the "form" I am sending mine to Spoof Pay-Pal and calling.
