I have the code to verify my credit card. I go to the paypal page to enter it but each time I do this I get:
The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
I've tried multiple times over the last two months, and a Google search turns up a lot of other people with similar issues. I have money in my PayPal account that I cannot access and I'm not going to give PayPal my bank account number.
I've followed the instructions time after time to no avail. Why am I denied access to both the service and the money I already have in my account?
