i have contacted PayPal repeatedly asking for help with this and they have responded 0 times!
i can't verify this account but i have a verified account and address? it is complete BS- some old account that was never used until eBay dumped money in it and i was getting notices saying I was receiving payments but none showed up on account i use. Paypal did finally help me track down funds to this old account and said all i have to do is send myself money when money is placed there and i want it in other account which i did 3 times before i reached sending limits- tried tp add only credit cartd i have but it's linked to another account says PayPal and i can't use it!
Well my name address , phone number are on both accounts- Jesus God what is with these people- Im me but I can't get help or access $200 because of these moronic made up and illogical limitations
