I have a French friend who went on holiday to Asia and logged into his PayPal account and it was locked, and he said he had about 300 euros in it. He can't post here apparently because his account is "limited", but wants me to ask, how long will the account stay locked for, assuming he doesn't do anything? And is there any risk that he will loose his money?
