I currently have a 0.00 limit i used a greendot money pack and i will not lift because of the fact that i don't have a credit card or debit or bank account i am only 15 but i send friends money and donate for the games i play how do i lift it to send i never have this problem i have 34.25 on my account but i cannot send it to anything without credit or bank account please reply fast as possible.
