Is paypal insisting that any other users having tracking information added to their account please ?

Today i withdrew money from paypal and yet again my withdrawels pending no explanation no email advising me of anything nothing hours later wondering and trying to wotk out what paypal are doing 5his time, then hrs later via myself phoning them  im informed by paypal employee that im required to add  tracking to my paypal account and that this is this times reason my withdrawel is blocked and pending yet again. Ive spent hours tonight shifing through paypals rules, regulation and policys and ive not seen anywhere whatsoever anything advising that tracking must be added to a users account? My own bank who manages all my money doesnt  insist on tracking my every move nor do any goverment agencies, i have no criminal record or convictions whatsoever and i pose no threat of any kind to a soul in my community yet paypal insists that im tracked ? Totally freaked out having spent years been stalked and having my house continously broken into resulting in myself  being pyschially attacked and after making sure certain people can not trace of find me and now paypal want me tracked how do i know friends of my stalker or my stalker dont work currently work for paypal or some of agencies your currently sharing information i dont ? Something feels very wrong and concerning to ur request  today and im not feeling particularly safe tonight  being asked this today? I even stated to lady on phone from paypal advising me of this that i really needed this intire conversation documented and emailed to me so i have evidence of what paypal have asked of me today curiously i took all the ladies details and surprise no email whatsoever anywhere and its thd day after now, so should have recieved something rather wierd i think ?any one been requested that tracking is added to their paypal account please id be very interested to hear from anyone please? Isnt this an invasion of our privacy u know where i live you have my address and access to everyone elses information also how much proof do u need please ?

First I have heard of it.

I never use ebay or paypal postage and add tracking numbers over the next couple of days AFTER withdrawing the funds (often).

Never had a withdrawal stopped.

Hi cheers for reply however i wasnt talking regarding adding tracking following any issue regarding postage of any items wish i was no they want my app on my phone and tablet or both i suppose to be deleted then added again incorperating somekinda  device when is added again that will literally track my own personal  movements locally around the area i live and i suppose anywhere abouts in the uk or worldi can only imagine ? So have u heard of this cos its actually nowher in any rules or regulations whasoever anywhere stated on the paypal site cos i findbeing request considering theres nothing occuring to instigate it whasoever surely i have rights im not a criminal im an honest and law abiding citizen ive got no riminal record whasoever or convictions of any kind no companys or agencysgovernment or otherwise is adviseing that they request it from me but my paypal account used for myself and very eldery aged parents as they dont have an account suddenly insists they must have knowledge of every move in make any where in thd uk? I class tis  as a total invasion of my privacy and surely ive got rights that state paypal is breaching my rights somehow?what paypal is trying to do has has literally triggered me having a panic attacks again every time i try to leavr my house having been stalked in the past resulting in myself being pyshically attacked  i find this is extremely concerning and extremley damaging for my mental health.has anyone heard of paypal insisting anywhere with anyone and stating they must add tracking to there device and track the owners every personal movement anywhere and everywhere they go ?
