Forgot my second secruity answer

As per the title says, I forgot the answer to the second question on my real paypal account and I have yet to get any help from emailing asking

Suggest calling customer support direct for assistance.  Unfortunately as this is a member to member support forum, no one here can view or access user account info or details.  (There's not much that we can do to help resolve specific issues such as this.)

Snowshoe is right. The best thing to do would be to give us a call. We can confirm some security details with you and reset the questions.

This is something we can only do by phone because we do have to ask some questions before we can reset your security information.
