Confirming bank account

I have had a bank account linked to my paypal for a year. It is now asking me to confirm the direct debit instruction through the wallet section of Paypal. When I do this, it initially says it is done yet when I go back onto the account it says awaiting confirmation again. Is there anything I’m missing? Thanks 🙂

Welcome to the community forum.

 

If you had your bank account confirmed before and it is asking you to confirm the direct debit now it may be that it was cancelled on your bank's side. What I recommend is removing the bank account from the Wallet section of your account and adding it on again. That will send a new direct debit agreement to your account and should resolve this issue.
