I've noticed some mail in my gmail account from a company called Venmo, who claim to be something to do with Paypal. The Venmo account appears to have been setup in May 2017 and the mail are addressed to "Michael". They appear to be account updates and confirmation of payment requests. The same receipents each time, on Kyle Lai and Lucien Lai, for differing sums around 500 dollar. For starters I've never heard of this company, although they do appear to have a valid (if limited in information) website, let alone had an account with them. This sounds like some sort of money laundering activity than anything legitimate. I've changed my gmail password obviously, but to stop the mails I need to login to the Venmo account, which I can't do. I just wondered if anyone else has seen similar suspicious activety on there account.
