Hello everyone, i made 3 purchases on may 29, 2013, two of them went right through. the third says "unclaimed" the recipient has not taken the funds paid to him. so i wait a few days.l e-mail the seller to ask why and his response is that when paypal releases the funds he will ship the item. this is odd being the others went right through , less than 5 min after payment . is this unheard off ? seems all he has to do is except payment to get the ball rolling . his rating is 100% ,so why is his payment held up? does he sill have said item ? whats up?
thanks, cpappabeer

PayPal now offers the buyer more security, by holding payments until the item has been recieved. This seller oviously doesn't agree with this. He has no choice though. The seller has to send the item, when the item arrives, then PayPay will release the funds.
He doesn't need to worry about not being paid. Tell him this. The money is securely with PayPal. When the item gets to you, PayPal will give the money to him. Nether you or him can close your accounts while the transaction is in progress (If he is worried about that.) If anything goes wront there is the Resolution Centre.
If he doesn't send the item, open a case in the Resolution Centre.
