PayPal now offers the buyer more security, by holding payments until the item has been recieved. This seller oviously doesn't agree with this. He has no choice though. The seller has to send the item, when the item arrives, then PayPay will release the funds.   He doesn't need to worry about not being paid. Tell him this. The money is securely with PayPal. When the item gets to you, PayPal will give the money to him. Nether you or him can close your accounts while the transaction is in progress (If he is worried about that.) If anything goes wront there is the Resolution Centre.   If he doesn't send the item, open a case in the Resolution Centre. ... View more

up the top of your PayPal account there is a toolbar:   Overview - Add Funds - Withdraw - History - Resolution Centre - Profile   Click "Profile" "Add or edit credit card"   From there it's very straight forward. My husband and I have just reciently opened a joined bank account. We are in the process of making it our only bank account between us. I have just reciently added this bank account to my PayPal. My husband want's to add our joined bank account to his PayPal too. Of course by PayPal policy states that a single bank account can only be conected to one PayPal account.   Is there a way we can have a joined PayPal account? ... View more
