Money from ebay sale has been processing for 3 weeks

I sold something on ebay the first of january and did everything I was supposed to do to get my payment from PayPal faster.  I shipped the item the next day, marked it as shipped, posted the tracking number, and the buyer paid right away and marked it as paid.  However, my money has been "processing through Pay Pal" ever since.  How do I go about getting my money?

I should add that in the mean time, I keep getting notifications, reminding me to get my money out of my paypal account....

You have to make sure that your paypal and ebay are linked together.  I had the same problem too when I first started. I believe if you go to My Account in Ebay there should be a link somewhere that asks you to link to Paypal. Hopefully that helps!

Yes, I just looked and I believe that is how you do it.

I am having the same issue. I sold things on ebay at the beginning of January. I have confirmation all my items were delivered between 1/14 and 1/19, and most have given positive feedback already. I had read some where on paypal that once items were confirmed as received, it would only take about 3 days or so to receive the money and I haven't received anything yet. (I can't find where I read it now either.) Anyone that knows what to do about this, please let us know.

Im having the same problem,I just started a couple of weeks ago,and I've earned 10 star.First I have money then Im pending.Im excited about the money I've made on Ebay,but where is it! This is discouraging! 🙂 can anyone help?

i just made my first sale on ebay too, it says i have been paid but i dont see the money. should i send the product that was purchased to the buyer?

If I remember correctly, when I first started selling on ebay and receiving payment thru Paypal, they placed a 21 days hold on the money until the buyers gave feedback and Paypal knew I wasn't  trying to rip them off.

To find out if and how much money is being held or in reserve:  

1. Log in to your PayPal business account.
2. Click My Account near the top of the page.
3. Click Pending Balance under the PayPal Balance section.

On this page, you’ll also see a list of transactions that are being held or are under review.

If this doesn't apply to you. Contact Paypal by phone on Monday.
