Resolution Center: Delay Review

Problem: Resolution Center not reviewing my submission.It's been 9-10 days I've submited my required documents for a solution called Limited Account Access. Which is still pending on Resolution Center. But, It shown "We’ll get back to you or lift your limitation within 2 business days."

What to do now?
