need usps charge refunded

 I tried to print a USPS shipping label via PayPal. Didn't print, so I took it to the post office and shipped it off myself. Now I see where I was billed for the shipping even though I couldn't get the label to print. How do I get refunded?

Go the the label transcation from the multi-shipping tools and askf or a refund.  It will take a few weeks.

Don't delay as you only have a short period of time when you can do this.
