Lowering PayPal Credit Limit

I've kind of poked around looking for this, but can't quite find the answer I'm looking for. I would like to lower my PayPal Credit spending limit. I simply have no need for it to be that high and don't like credit that I won't use to show up to potential creditors. Is there a way to lower my limit? Thanks!

You could close your account if you don't like PayPal Credit.

Credit companies will always give you high credit in hopes you will spend more, so you won't be able to lower you limit.

Low usage for high credit is a good thing for your finacail credit reports.

Thanks for the response. It's not that I don't like it, I simply don't need thousands of dollars of credit. I've lowered credit limits with credit card companies before, so I assume it can be done with PayPal, as well.

You could phone PayPal customer service and talk to a PayPal Credit specialist for direct assistance.
