Credit Card & Transaction history disappeared?

Hello

 

I wanted to make a purchase using PayPal today, but I found out my credit card and transaction history have both dissapered from my account

 

The last time I used PayPal was on November 14th

I needed to put in my PayPal details to complete the purchase, but the password would just not work, so after a few tries I reset my password 

 

Now this is the first time I logged into the actual PayPal website in a long time, but after logging in I found out both my credit card and transaction are nowhere to be found 

 

The only piece of transaction history I can find is from March 2008, its a money request I never remember making.

I've used PayPal throughout the years a bunch of times, so there should defintiely be more histroy there

 

Also, there's no way I removed my credit card information and no one should have access to my account unless it was hacked, so I don't know how can that happen either

 

Anyone have any clues to what might have happened here?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. I am sorry to hear that you were running into this. There was a short time where we were having issues with being able to see certain things through the PayPal account. This all should have been resolved so everything is back to normal though. I have the same problem now. Since yesterday I cannot see my purchase history. I have been using my paypal normally though (I am able to buy on ebay), but when I sign in to my paypal I don't see my history, and it says that my profile is 67% completed and offers me to link my card (I already linked it before and used it all the time).

give it some more time they might be updating and need to close off that feature until updates are done, or buggs worked out.  Call CS so they can put in a ticket for you or add you to one if needed.  they only know about issues if they are called in a reported.
