Bank account disabled

hello guys....yesterday early paypal has verified my bank account...then after few hours i have transfer few $ from my fiver account..after transfer i checked paypal account the again bank was unlinked. then i tried to link account again but there was error showing bank account disablef ...now what was the reasoning and how can i link that account again...kindly guide me i will be thankful

Best suggestion:  Phone PayPal customer service and then avoid using sites with vitual items.

Not likely.  A phone call will be the only way for customer sevice to identifiy yourself so they can discuss your account issues.
