Hello,
I'm an webhosting Provider (Service) Some peoples are purchasing the service and using it for Few days/months then Opening an dispute as Unauthorized Payment then even paypal not helping us..Its an valid payment we have Maxmind Security Check enabled in our WHMCS System.
How to avoid this issues ?
In Our Refund policy page we have clearly mentioned about our Refund policies and Without confirmation of our Policies the buyer can't able to do the payment or complete the online order
Its makes to me feel like just let's stop using paypal. Let me know your answers for my questions.

There are several requirements for PayPal seller protection:
Physical (tangible) item. You do not offer that.
Online proof of delvery. You cannot profide that information.
PayPal policies will always override your own polcies. You have implicitly accepted the terms of PayPal usage; this includes PayPal policies.
PayPal is not a good payment service for your business. You could check out other services such as a merchant account with FirstData.
