Ebay has deemed this a case of buyers remorse. Again we do not accept returns and we made several precautions to insure the size of the item was listed. We made several attempts to contact buyer with out response
We did send out correct item as described. The buyer claimed to have ordered the larger wide version (see description below) The size is the first thing in the title, it is included in the description and THE ACTUAL PART IS MEASURED IN THE PICTURES
Title is as follows: (8x15) GRAY Ford Expedition Center Console Lid Hinge Armrest 97 98 99 2000 01 02
Description is as follows: THEY MAKE 3 DIFFERENT STYLES NOT BASED ON MODEL! YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE RIGHT ONE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Size 8" x 15" NOT THE WIDE VERSION!
I would like a Customer service Manager to contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter. Thank you

Ok, if eBay system deemed that it is buyer's remorse return, and you do not accept returns then deny the return. If the buyer has filed a PayPal SNAD dispute, sellers are not protected from SNAD (Not As Described) and would have to accept return. However, if you can somehow prove that the item is as described but did not meet the buyer's expectations (not a SNAD) then you could win the case. Btw, did you also select a "No Returns" policy in your listing settings? It is not enough to write it in your listing description, especially with eBay. And 'No Return' do not mean 'No Refunds' at eBay. Is the eBay return still open? PayPal will follow eBay's ruling on their returns/disputes.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
